I’ve been in some kind of IT Service Desk role for coming up to 10 years now (May 2016), in that time I’ve completed an Apprenticeship, hired into a full 1st Line role and promoted into a 2nd Line role about a year later.
I’ve completed On-Premise to Azure Migrations, assisted with large-scale technical onboards, and generally managed a selection of customers’ IT. Not to mention the countless high-level decision making I’ve been involved with for Customers, and the business as a whole.

My hopes for this site is to share my experiences, day-to-day thoughts on the current state of corporate/MSP IT, and just whatever topics hold my interest at that time.

I’m trying to get a small server hosting business off the ground.
